This product's core strength lies in its enhanced resistance to corrosive media such as low-to-medium concentration acids, alkalis, salts, inorganic salts, and mild chemical solvents. It can stably handle corrosive wastewater with a pH range of 2-12. While retaining the core advantages of ordinary PVC pipes—high rigidity, lightweight convenience, excellent hydraulic performance, and simple construction—it addresses the pain points of ordinary PVC pipes, such as easy swelling, aging, and cracking when exposed to corrosive media. It is specifically designed for low-to-medium concentration corrosive wastewater discharge scenarios in light industry, chemical industry, mining, and laboratories.
The standard nominal outer diameter is DN50~DN315mm, primarily featuring a solid/thickened solid wall structure, and equipped with corrosion-resistant special sealing fittings. It can meet various laying requirements, including exposed installation, underground installation, and riser/horizontal pipe installation. It is a high-performance, cost-effective rigid plastic drainage pipe for low-to-medium concentration corrosive wastewater drainage at normal temperatures, unlike ordinary PVC pipes (only resistant to weak corrosion), FRP fiberglass pipes (high concentration, strong corrosion, high cost), and HDPE corrosion-resistant pipes (primarily flexible, prone to deformation when exposed).
