Flame-retardant PVC power conduit is self-extinguishing upon removal of the flame and produces low smoke and low toxicity. It is specifically designed for power laying scenarios with fire safety requirements, suitable for buried and exposed installations of 10kV and below high and low voltage power cables. It is a cost-effective protective conduit material for power networks in densely populated and enclosed areas such as buildings, municipal works, and transportation.
1. Flame-retardant modified PVC base material, with added environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardants, B1 flame-retardant rating, self-extinguishing upon removal of flame, and produces no toxic smoke during combustion;
2. Rigid solid wall structure, standard ring stiffness SN4~SN8, heavy-duty version reaches SN12.5, resistant to external pressure and construction impacts for both buried and exposed installations;
3. Matching flame-retardant special sealing connectors, suitable for both rubber ring socket and adhesive connections, providing a sealed and waterproof seal, with flame-retardant performance synchronized with the pipe body;
4. Primarily small and medium diameters (DN20~DN110), with precise pipe dimensions, smooth inner wall without burrs, preventing damage to cable insulation during cable installation;
5. Added UV-resistant and antioxidant additives, suitable for outdoor exposed installations, indoor concealed installations, and buried installations, weather-resistant and anti-aging, with no powdering or cracking issues.
1. Excellent Flame Retardancy and Fire Resistance: Meets national standard B1 flame-retardant rating; only partially melts upon contact with open flame, self-extinguishes within 3-5 seconds after removal of flame, prevents flame spread, and produces low smoke and low toxicity.
2. Stable Electrical Insulation: High dielectric strength and high volume resistivity effectively isolate stray currents; insulation performance remains unaffected under high temperature/open flame conditions.
3. Resistance to External Pressure and Impact: Thickened walls resist circumferential pressure, withstand static soil loads/minor dynamic road loads, and remain undamaged by construction bumps or hard object compression.
4. Temperature and Corrosion Resistance: Operating temperature range -10℃ to 70℃; dimensional stability under temperature changes; resistant to minor acid and alkali corrosion in soil, and to damp underground/sealed indoor environments.
5. Reliable Sealing and Waterproofing: Dedicated sealing structure achieves zero leakage, preventing groundwater, mud, and dust from entering, avoiding cable immersion, wear, and aging.
6. Synergistic Overall Performance: Flame retardancy, insulation, and external pressure resistance properties do not conflict; the conduit structure remains intact even in high-temperature fire-fighting scenarios, protecting the cable.
1. Strong Fire Safety Adaptability: Designed specifically for densely populated/enclosed/high-risk fire areas, solving the pain points of ordinary PVC power pipes' lack of flame retardancy and prohibition in fire-fighting areas;
2. Dual Safety Protection: Combining flame retardancy and electrical insulation, providing comprehensive protection for fire safety and electrical safety in power installations;
3. Excellent Cost-Effectiveness: Raw material and construction costs are far lower than flame-retardant coated steel pipes and FRP fiberglass pipes, with no additional fireproofing/corrosion protection maintenance costs throughout the entire life cycle;
4. Convenient and Versatile Construction: Retaining the easy-to-cut, lightweight, and portable characteristics of ordinary PVC pipes, the connection process requires no professional equipment or training, allowing for rapid manual installation;
5. Versatile Installation Scenarios: Suitable for underground, indoor concealed installation, outdoor exposed installation, and cable tray installation, adapting to different climates in the north and south, meeting the fire safety and power requirements of various scenarios;
6. Environmentally Compliant: Utilizing a halogen-free, environmentally friendly flame-retardant formula, with no toxic or harmful substances released, meeting the environmental standards for building fire protection and green engineering.
1. Building Construction: Electrical cable laying in enclosed spaces such as low-voltage shafts, ceiling mezzanines, and pipe shafts in high-rise buildings, office buildings, and commercial complexes; protection of power cables in indoor and outdoor fire-fighting areas of residential communities, hotels, and hospitals.
2. Municipal Engineering: Pre-laying of municipal power branch pipes in densely populated areas such as urban core business districts, pedestrian streets, and squares; renovation of power networks in old urban areas and cultural relic protection zones with fire-fighting requirements.
3. Transportation Infrastructure: Electrical cable laying in transportation hubs such as high-speed rail stations, airports, bus stations, and ports; protection of power cables in indoor and outdoor fire-fighting areas of highway service areas and toll stations.
4. Industrial Parks/Mining: Electrical cable laying in office areas/production auxiliary rooms of chemical industrial parks, logistics parks, and light industrial plants; protection of main power pipes in densely populated areas and along fire lanes.
5. Public Facilities: Pre-laying of power cables in densely populated places such as schools, nursing homes, stadiums, and cinemas; protection of power cables in key fire-resistant buildings such as libraries and museums.
6. Enclosed/ High-risk areas: enclosed spaces such as underground parking garages, civil defense projects, and data centers, as well as low-voltage power lines within a safe distance around gas stations and CNG stations.
