The corrosion-resistant PVC-O water supply pipe is formed by biaxial axial orientation technology. It is a high-performance PVC water supply pipe specially modified for conveying weakly corrosive media such as weak acid, weak alkali and inorganic salts.
It inherits the inherent advantages of PVC-O pipes: high strength, light weight and high pressure resistance. Adopting special corrosion-resistant base resin and additive formula, it greatly improves tolerance to various weakly corrosive media and corrosive soil. It is integrally corrosion-resistant without coating and will not peel off. It is suitable for cold water transmission and distribution in industrial, municipal, coastal and saline-alkali land scenarios with corrosion risks, and is the preferred high-performance pipe for water delivery under corrosive working conditions.
Made of dedicated corrosion-resistant PVC-O resin base material, matched with calcium-zinc corrosion stabilizer and special anti-corrosion additives, without corrosive ingredients. After biaxial axial orientation forming, the molecular structure is dense, balancing excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength. Integral molding without outer coating avoids local corrosion caused by coating peeling.
Thin-wall lightweight design with high ring stiffness. Under the same corrosion resistance and pressure rating, its wall thickness is much thinner than ordinary corrosion-resistant UPVC and FRP pipes, saving material and laying space. It features high roundness and precise dimensions for convenient transportation and construction.
Modified for full-condition corrosion resistance; both inner and outer pipe walls own anti-corrosion capability. The outer wall resists friction from corrosive soil and media; the inner wall withstands long-term immersion of weakly corrosive water media, requiring no additional anti-corrosion coating.
Covers mainstream specifications for irrigation, municipal and industrial projects (DN50~DN400) with clear pressure grades of 1.6~4.0 MPa, flexibly constructing main and branch water supply pipe networks under corrosive conditions.
Equipped with dedicated corrosion-resistant sealed connectors. The sealing ring is made of special rubber resistant to weak acid, weak alkali and aging, matching the pipe’s corrosion resistance. Joints are anti-seepage and anti-disengagement, preventing leakage of corrosive media and infiltration of external corrosive contaminants.
Support scenario-based customized modification: outdoor grade added with high UV-resistant and anti-corrosion additives; buried grade enhanced resistance to soil microbial corrosion; coastal and saline-alkali land grade upgraded against salt fog and saline soil corrosion, adapting to different corrosive working environments.
Outstanding comprehensive corrosion resistance: Long-term resistant to weak acid and weak alkali media of pH 4~10, inorganic salts such as sulfate, chloride and carbonate, as well as weakly corrosive media including coastal saline soil, mine water, municipal pre-treated sewage and industrial circulating cooling water. No swelling, aging or degradation after long-term contact, with no obvious decline in mechanical properties.
Retain core mechanical advantages of PVC-O: Axial tensile strength, radial compressive strength and impact strength are 2~3 times that of ordinary corrosion-resistant UPVC pipes. Ring stiffness ≥ SN12.5. It withstands buried soil extrusion, light ground heavy load rolling and construction collision without deformation or damage.
Stable pressure-bearing water delivery: Working pressure up to 1.6~4.0 MPa, meeting the demand of high-pressure and long-distance cold water transmission under corrosive conditions. No pipe burst, leakage or bulging risk when conveying weakly corrosive media for a long time.
High-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic performance: The inner wall maintains the unique high-precision ultra-smooth feature of PVC-O pipes with extremely low friction coefficient, reducing head loss in long-distance water delivery. The inner wall is not easy to scale or adhere corrosive impurities, keeping stable water delivery efficiency throughout service life.
Synergistic wear resistance, weather resistance and corrosion resistance: Service temperature range: -15℃~70℃, adaptable to various corrosive conditions in northern and southern regions. Outdoor grade resists UV aging without pulverization or cracking under open-air laying. The outer wall is wear-resistant against gravel and corrosive soil friction, avoiding local corrosion caused by scratch damage.
Integrated sealing, anti-seepage and anti-corrosion: Dedicated corrosion-resistant sealing rings achieve zero leakage at joints, avoiding loss of weakly corrosive media and preventing external corrosive muddy water and impurities from entering the pipeline to pollute water quality. No sanitary dead angle or weak corrosion points at joints.
Long service life with aging resistance: Dense molecular structure combined with optimized anti-corrosion formula enables a design service life of over 50 years in various weakly corrosive water delivery conditions. Frequent anti-corrosion maintenance and pipe replacement are not required, lowering operation and maintenance costs.
Industrial weakly corrosive media water delivery: Conveying process cold water, circulating cooling water and miscellaneous water in chemical, light industry, printing and dyeing, papermaking and other industries. Suitable for industrial cold water pipe networks with non-strong oxidizing and non-strong acidic media. Not allowed to transport strong corrosive media such as concentrated acid and concentrated alkali.
Municipal corrosive water delivery: Transmission of backwash water and pre-treated sewage in urban sewage and water plants, as well as municipal miscellaneous water pipe networks around landfills, resisting corrosive soil and water quality near sewage and leachate.
Coastal and saline-alkali area water supply: Municipal water supply and greening irrigation pipe networks in coastal cities and saline-alkali land, resisting salt corrosion from sea fog, saline soil and irrigation water, suitable for domestic miscellaneous water and farmland irrigation water transmission in coastal villages and towns.
Mine corrosive water delivery: Conveying mine water, dust suppression water at working faces and domestic miscellaneous water in mining areas, tolerating corrosive media such as sulfate and inorganic salts in underground mine water and buried extrusion from corrosive mine soil.
Agricultural irrigation in saline-alkali land: Irrigation water transmission for farmland, orchards and economic forests in saline-alkali areas, resisting weak corrosion from local irrigation water and soil, applicable for constructing main and branch pipes of water-saving irrigation systems.
Water delivery in areas with highly corrosive underground water: Municipal miscellaneous water and rural domestic water supply in areas with high acid-alkali and inorganic salt content in groundwater. Buried laying resists dual erosion from corrosive underground water and soil.
Supporting water supply for chemical and industrial parks: Municipal public water supply pipe networks in chemical parks and economic development zones, delivering cooling water, fire-fighting water and domestic miscellaneous water for park enterprises, adapting to the overall corrosive soil and working conditions around the park.
