Irrigation-specific PVC-M water supply pipe is a high-toughness irrigation pipeline manufactured with modified polyvinyl chloride as the base material through toughening modification technology. It is customized and optimized specifically for agriculture, forestry and horticulture irrigation scenarios.
While retaining the lightweight and corrosion-resistant advantages of conventional PVC pipes, it greatly improves impact resistance, bending resistance and outdoor weather resistance. It adapts to complex laying conditions such as farmland, sloping land and greenhouses, and is compatible with sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation, pipe irrigation and other irrigation methods. Adopts irrigation-dedicated PVC-M base material with professional toughening modification. Featured by high toughness and low brittleness, it is different from rigid and fragile ordinary UPVC pipes. The pipe body withstands slight bending and extrusion, and is not easy to be damaged by collision in farmland.
Modified exclusively for outdoor working conditions. The pipe is added with high UV-resistant and weak soil corrosion-resistant additives, and the outer wall is treated for wear resistance. It resists gravel friction and slight rolling by agricultural machinery, and will not pulverize or crack under open-air laying. Integrally formed without surface coating, there is no risk of peeling and falling off.
Thin-wall and lightweight design. Under the same pressure rating, it saves raw materials and features light weight, convenient for manual handling and decentralized construction in the field, and suitable for laying in narrow spaces such as greenhouses and field ridges.
Pipe diameters cover mainstream specifications of irrigation projects (dn20~dn315), with pressure grades well matching irrigation water pressure requirements. High roundness and precise dimension allow flexible construction of irrigation mains, branch pipes and capillary pipe networks.
Matched with irrigation-specific anti-seepage socket connectors. The sealing rings are made of aging-resistant rubber resistant to farmland water and soil corrosion. The joints are anti-disengagement and anti-leakage, capable of withstanding irrigation water pressure fluctuation and slight soil disturbance.
The pipe body maintains proper flexibility, adapting to small-curvature laying on irregular terrain such as slopes, terraced fields and curved field ridges. It does not require a large number of additional elbows, greatly improving on-site construction efficiency in farmland.
High Toughness and Impact Resistance
Its impact strength is 2~3 times that of ordinary UPVC irrigation pipes. It remains crack-free under low-temperature impact at -10℃, resisting construction collision, gravel impact and slight rolling of agricultural machinery, and can withstand soil extrusion deformation after buried installation.
Excellent Outdoor Weather and Corrosion Resistance
Applicable temperature range: -10℃~70℃, adapting to day-night and seasonal temperature differences in farmland across northern and southern regions. It features strong UV aging resistance with stable long-term performance under open-air laying. It also resists weak corrosion from farmland soil acid-base substances and inorganic salts in irrigation water, without swelling or aging.
Stable Pressure Resistance and Water Delivery
Working pressure ranges from 0.6 to 1.6 MPa, meeting water pressure demands of sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation, high-pressure pipe irrigation and other irrigation modes. No leakage, pipe bursting or bulging occurs during long-term operation, ideal for long-distance water conveyance in farmland.

The inner wall adopts high-precision smooth treatment with a low friction coefficient, which significantly reduces head loss during long-distance irrigation water transmission, improves water delivery efficiency and lowers energy consumption of water pump pressurization, fully complying with agricultural water-saving irrigation requirements.
