Potable grade PVC-M water supply pipe is a high-toughness modified PVC drinking water pipe made of food-grade special resin via modified toughening technology. It is professionally designed for domestic drinking water transmission and distribution scenarios.
On the premise of ensuring drinking water safety and no harmful substance precipitation, it greatly improves the pipe’s impact resistance, low-temperature resistance and bending resistance. Compared with ordinary potable UPVC pipes, it is more suitable for complex working conditions such as slight ground settlement and construction collision. It can be used for indoor and outdoor buried / exposed installation, and is the preferred high-toughness pipe for drinking water pipeline network construction.
Adopts food-grade dedicated PVC-M base material, matched with lead-free calcium-zinc sanitary stabilizer. It contains no toxic plasticizers or heavy metal additives, eliminating drinking water pollution from the raw material source without sanitary dead corners.
Professionally modified and toughened with high toughness and low brittleness as core performance. Different from the rigid and fragile ordinary UPVC pipes, the pipe body withstands slight bending and extrusion and is not easy to crack.
Thin-wall lightweight design. Under the same pressure rating, its wall thickness is equivalent to potable UPVC pipe. It saves raw materials, features light weight, and is easy for transportation, manual handling and on-site construction, suitable for laying in narrow spaces such as household inlet pipes.
Inner and outer walls adopt high-precision smooth treatment. The inner wall has low surface energy, preventing scaling and bacterial growth; the outer wall resists slight gravel friction. Outdoor / buried types are modified with high UV resistance and weak soil corrosion resistance, integrally formed without coating peeling risk.
Supporting sanitary PVC-M fittings specially for drinking water. Sealing rings are made of food-grade nitrile rubber / silicone rubber. The socket connection structure is anti-seepage and anti-disengagement, forming a continuous water flow channel with no water stagnation dead corners.
Diameter covers mainstream specifications of drinking water projects (dn20~dn315) with clear pressure grades. It can flexibly build a complete pipeline network of water mains, branch pipes and household inlet pipes, featuring high roundness and precise dimensional tolerance.
