Industrial PVC-M water supply pipe is a high-toughness industrial water pipeline made of special modified polyvinyl chloride through toughening modification technology. It is professionally designed for factory water supply and drainage, process cold water, circulating cooling water, industrial miscellaneous water and other industrial scenarios.
It is specially strengthened in weak corrosion resistance, mechanical impact resistance and heavy-load extrusion resistance. Compared with ordinary UPVC industrial pipes, it features better toughness and stronger resistance to operating-condition damage. It is suitable for multiple laying methods including in-plant installation, buried and exposed piping, and serves as the preferred high-toughness pipe for normal-temperature non-strongly corrosive cold water transmission and distribution pipeline networks in industrial fields.
Adopts industrial dedicated PVC-M base material with professional toughening modification. It features high toughness and low brittleness, different from the rigid and fragile performance of ordinary UPVC pipes. The pipe body withstands slight bending and mechanical collision without brittle cracking and damage.
Specially modified for industrial working conditions. The pipe is blended with weak corrosion resistant and wear-resistant additives, tolerating inorganic salts, weak acids and weak alkalis in industrial cold water and cooling water. The outer wall resists gravel friction and slight impact from industrial machinery. It is integrally formed without coating, avoiding local corrosion caused by coating peeling off.
Mainly available in medium and large diameters (dn50~dn315) with clear pressure grades, meeting different pressure requirements of industrial main pipes and process branch pipes. It has high roundness and precise dimensions for excellent adaptability in pipeline assembly.
Matched with industrial dedicated anti-disengagement and anti-seepage socket connectors. The sealing rings are made of aging-resistant and weak-corrosion-resistant industrial-grade rubber. Joints can be reinforced to withstand water pressure fluctuation and equipment vibration of industrial pipeline networks.
Inner and outer walls adopt high-precision smooth treatment. The inner wall reduces head loss in long-distance industrial water conveyance and improves transmission efficiency; the outer wall is not easy to adhere to industrial dust and sludge for convenient on-site cleaning.
Customized modification available for different application scenarios: exposed outdoor type added with high UV-resistant additives; workshop laying type enhanced with temperature stability; buried type upgraded with resistance to weak corrosion from soil and industrial waste residue, fully adapting to diverse industrial working conditions.
High Toughness & Impact Resistance
Its impact strength is 2~3 times that of ordinary industrial UPVC pipes. It remains crack-free under low-temperature impact at -10℃, resisting mechanical collision, gravel impact during industrial construction and slight rolling by light factory vehicles. Buried installation can withstand extrusion deformation caused by slight ground settlement.
Weak Corrosion Adaptability
It can long-term convey industrial cold water, circulating cooling water and process miscellaneous water containing inorganic salts, weak acids and weak alkalis (pH 4~10). Buried pipes tolerate weak corrosion from factory soil and waste residue without swelling, aging or obvious attenuation of mechanical properties.
Stable Pressure Resistance & Water Delivery
Working pressure ranges from 0.6 to 2.0 MPa, satisfying conventional pressure demands of factory water supply, drainage and process cold water distribution. High Hydraulic Transmission Efficiency
The smooth inner wall has a low friction coefficient, greatly reducing head loss in long-distance industrial water delivery and lowering energy consumption of water pump pressurization. Temperature & Weather Adaptability

The outer wall delivers excellent wear resistance against gravel friction and equipment scratching in industrial areas. With stable molecular structure, it enjoys a long service life under conventional industrial conditions and requires infrequent replacement.
