This product combines the corrosion resistance, flexibility, and insulation properties of HDPE material with the structural advantages of multi-hole bundling and integrated laying. It is specifically designed for the centralized transmission and isolation protection of multiple fiber optic cables, network cables, monitoring cables, and other low-voltage cables. Compared with parallel laying of single-hole pipes, it achieves integrated, refined, and low-cost laying of low-voltage pipe networks.
The standard layout is 3/4/5/6/7 holes (7 holes is the classic mainstream model). The nominal hole diameter of each hole is mainly DN16, DN20, and DN25. It is the core supporting pipe material for municipal low-voltage main pipes, branch pipes, and centralized laying of low-voltage cables in homes.
1. 3~7-hole integrated extrusion molding, mainstream 7-hole design, standard DN16/20/25mm per hole, integrated layout;
2. Pure HDPE base material, insulating and electromagnetic interference resistant, each hole independently isolated, corrosion-resistant, weather-resistant, and resistant to low-temperature impact;
3. High flexibility, available in coils, cold-bent to adapt to complex routing, ring stiffness SN4/SN8, resistant to slight external pressure when buried;
4. Rubber ring socket sealing connection, convenient construction, waterproof and sand-proof, specifications suitable for precise low-voltage wiring.
1. Integrated installation significantly saves trench space, replacing multiple parallel single-hole pipes and reducing excavation costs;
2. Independent bundled installation per hole completely avoids signal crosstalk between different low-voltage cables, ensuring precise positioning for future maintenance;
3. Coiled pipes eliminate frequent splicing and cold bending, reducing construction efficiency and allowing for manual operation;
4. HDPE material is acid and alkali resistant, anti-aging, maintenance-free for underground use, and has a long service life;
5. Empty through holes allow for excavation-free expansion, adapting to future upgrade needs of low-voltage networks.
1. Municipal Communications: Centralized underground laying of fiber optic cables/network cables for low-voltage system upgrades in urban roads and old city areas; main low-voltage conduits for household connections in rural towns.
2. Building Parks: Low-voltage branch/entry conduits for residential communities, industrial parks, and schools; bundled laying of multiple monitoring/broadcasting/network cables.
3. Transportation Infrastructure: Centralized low-voltage cabling in highway service areas and around high-speed rail stations; compact cabling suitable for confined spaces.
4. Security and Intelligence: Centralized laying of multiple control lines for urban/park security monitoring systems; low-voltage cabling for IoT systems in smart communities.
| Pipe Type | Core Material | Structural Features | Core Advantages | Core Disadvantages | Core Suitable Scenarios |
| Plum blossom shaped HDPE communication pipe | HDPE | Multi-porous integrated, flexible | Good flexibility, impact and low-temperature resistance, insulation and interference prevention, convenient construction | Ring stiffness is lower than that of rigid single-hole pipes. | Multiple low-voltage cables bundled together, complex underground routing, low-voltage cable entry into homes |
| Plum blossom shaped PVC communication pipe | PVC | Multi-porous integrated, rigid | Low cost, slightly higher rigidity | Poor impact resistance, prone to brittleness at low temperatures, and susceptible to aging. | Multiple underground cables laid in low-requirement, standard scenarios |
| Single-hole HDPE communication pipe | HDPE | Single-porous, flexible/rigid | Large diameter, suitable for single thick cables | Multiple cables need to be laid in parallel, taking up space. | Single large-diameter optical fiber/trunk cable laying |
| Rigid ABS communication pipe | ABS | Single-porous/multi-porous, rigid | High rigidity, resistant to external pressure, dimensionally stable | Poor flexibility and limited multi-hole forming capabilities. | Straight sections of low-voltage trunk lines, surface laying/cable tray laying |
